'Flying Squirrel' Eyebrows
I wonder what idiot dreamed up those ridiculous eyebrows for Honey West/Anne Francis?
She still remains a very pretty woman - but those brows still look REAL BAD!

That's how "Stars" wore their brows back in 1965. Todays "natural" brow, that most Stars wear, would have been considered very plain back then. Think "Miss Jane Hathaway" from Beverly Hillbillies.
shareHmm / just goes to show how bad taste can prevail
Not bad taste, just different taste. Everything that's trendy, hip & cutting-edge today will undoubtedly seem hopelessly out of date & "in bad taste" 40 years down the line.
shareHeck, some of it looks "in bad taste" right now.
Yippee: "For king!"
Yappee: "For country!"
Yahooie: "And, most of all, for 10ยข an hour!"
You don't think the fauxhawk will last????
This will be the high point of my day; it's all downhill from here.
I try not to think of Miss Hathaway.
shareAlthough this was at the end of the practice, it was very common back then for a woman to pluck her eyebrows and then pencil them in. The cat eye look was popular back then, too.

Check out Kim Novak in Vertigo. Those eyebrows are distracting!
shareI kind of liked them. But, I also wish I lived back then too. I guess that means I have bad taste...
shareYou said it
Too bad IMDb doesn't have an option to show when someone is using sarcasm. Then you would have found that the last sentence in my other post was steeped in it.
P.S. The sarcasm option would not have been used for this post.
I gave a hearty smile to the comment.
In any case, AF was a very attractive woman and did not appreciate her looking like Dr. Spock - style of the times, or not.
