what's the deal with the blue paper?
almost all non-klink, non-nazi official letters and notes are on blue paper throughout the series.
why?
Blue paper doesn't reflect light like white paper does. It's also used by TV news reporters, etc.

Maybe for the same reason the kitchen cabinets in My 3 Sons were blue. Just to show off the color which had transitioned from a b&w medium several years earlier.
