Arnold gets a draft notice

So Fred Ziffel hires Oliver to represent him at the draft board. The issue is NOT that Arnold is a pig, but that he can't be drafted into the army because he's still in the 7th grade. So funny and profound for the time as kids were being drafted left and right to go to war at the time.
