My gosh, watching Pete in Gidget reminds me so much of Dick York. They look so very similar and I really think Pete is modeling his acting/responses, etc., after Mr. York. Really seems unbelievably similar in a way I never thought of before.

Hard to understand how a man with so much going for him could be so depressed. Really sad.

I'm watching Gidget right now are you're right, Peter Duel and Dick York do resemble each other.
