Date locations

I am curious if there is a list anywhere of prizes (dates) that were given to the contestants. I am helping with a documentary about The Fez, a nightclub in 60's Hollywood - we were told that one of the prizes was an evening at the Fez and we are trying to verify this and, if possible, locate photos or footage of that date and the episode where it was featured. Any assistance is appreciated.
