Was ANY part of this show NOT staged?

From the oddball among the 3 "choices," to the oversexed looped female, a lot of fun but with so many actors, it was just a long demo acting gig for the "contestants" right? As real as today's The Bachellor or any other scripted reality show. Pure Barris genius.
