I think they should do a remake. Who should play Hank then? His grandson, Hank III should potray his grandfather. He sounds and looks just like him. (Although he's into punk & stuff like that, there ain't nothing a hairstylist can't fix) They could have Hank III do all the vocal like in "Walk the Line" and stuff like that. I think that'd be a good idea.

While I really liked this film, I agree. It's time to make a new film, like "Walk The Line", or "Ray". Maybe film it in B&W though? What do you think?

One of the very wrong things about this movie was that Hank was losing his hair, even in his late 20's, and George Hamilton had a thatch - but I nominate Adrien Brody to play Hank in the remake.
