Good film for the 1960's

I saw it in early 1965 when I was in the army in Korea. It was a good film for that period. It was one of the better movies that year. Not too much was ever said about it. Very underrated.

It's a good movie, period. Not for just the 60s. I just transferred my VHS to DVD, and watched it in the process. It's still a compelling story with some great actors, most of whom are no longer with us.
