I love the part where Louisa is at the psychiatrist's office and he tries to give her a pink pill, and she cries out, "I can't take a pink pill, my husband was pink!!"

"Don't let a suitcase full of cheese be your big fork and spoon." ~~~Marie Barone.

Pretty much anything Pinky says after he hits it big, but mainly:

"If the studio touches one frame of that movie, I'll burn that nuthouse to the ground! Five and a half hours is not too long for a Pinky Benson fan!"

Choyt19,

I agree with you 100%. After Pinky hits it big, he is hilarious. Also hilarious is Larry Flint's (Paul Newman) rant (before he hits it big) about selling his art.

I love how Louisa's materialistic mother (the great Margaret Dumont) literally throws her daughter at the richest guy in town:

How dare you turn down a man like Leonard Crawley! I tell you he has MONEY - you go and get it!!

My favorite quote (although I'm going by memory so paraphrasing):

She's in car with local rich guy Dean Martin. Maclain says...

Her: (reason for marriage) How about love?

Him: I'm rich, you're poor. You'll come around sooner or later (as he oggles a female passerby)

Her: What was indifference to you is now turning into disdain.

Him: See? I told you you'd come around.
