My cable went out - how did the film end? (Warning: Spoiler on thread)

About 15 minutes before the end of the movie our cable went out.
If anyone can tell me how it ended I'd really appreciate it.
Thank you in advance.

Serge is tried in the town square, with what looks like the whole town watching. The mayor says that the witnesses and Carla have given evidence their evidence. The town council (?) declares him guilty and that he is to be put to death. Carla gives two checks to the mayor, one to the town and one for the people. She then asks if anyone in the town, anyone at all, believes Serge should live. No one does. She then says she does not want Serge to die, that he would be forgotten or a martyr, and that if he lives they will all have to live with their corruption. She lets them keep the money.

Several cars pull up. Carla has packed and gets ready to leave. She gives Anya a bracelet and says that if she gets into the car following hers it will take her to wherever she wants to go, but advises her not to go to the town where Carla went after she had been kicked out of her hometown. Carla then faces the town and says, "The visit is over,"
