also looking for a copy of this film

I have looked on SENDIT and BINCRAWLER and found nothing for THE TIME TRAVELLERS....so bizarre that it is never shown on tv....all because of one little mutant scene...that PC brigade spoil it for everyone!!! (I mean, who on earth has a hand that looks like a lobsters? - from what I can remember).
I loved the dark ending and the loop...fantastic sci-fi...not the producers/directors fault if the effects were to date it...its the story that counts!! I would love to see this movie again...I havnt seen it for over 40 years!!! But I still remember so many scenes from it....like the mutant battle and severed one pinned to a wall, still fighting for its life....the terrible music room where incomprehensible music was the norm in the future. the 'portal' with a bright blue beam of light as a frame....the disappearing series of images at the end, as our explorers in time are trapped in infinity...
can anyone help? I no longer have an ebay account so I think I am stuck.

Check with http://www.scifistation.com

they have it on DVD:)

It's also included on the last disc of "The Time Tunnel" DVD's (1st season, Volume 2).

reply

Oops! My last reply was wrong. 1976 TV movie "Time Travelers" (with Richard Basehart) is included on the Time Tunnel DVD set, not this 1964 movie.

If anyone is looking for a copy of this on DVD, let me know...

It's on demonoid.

Torrents are only as fast as the rate that the peers wanna trickle the file over to you at. Usenet, however, will max out the full speed of your internet connection.

No contest.

Looks like its still on www.scifistation.com, does anyone know what the quality of the video is like? I know its not going to be perfect, but will it look bad on a HD TV?
