Does anyone know whether Thrill Killer has been ever released on DVD?

Yes,

Ray Dennis Steckler's films are available on DVD.

Titles include:

Wild Ones On Wheels ('61),
Wild Guitar ('62),
The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living and Became Mixed-up Zombies ('63),
The Thrill Killers ('64),
Rat Pfink A Boo Boo (1965),
The Lemon Grove Kids (1966)

My cheap copy was from Shreikshow & was released with the Midnight Movies box set which also includes The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living and Became Mixed Up Zombies, The Lemon Street Gang Meet the Monsters & The Adventures of Rat Pfink and Boo Boo. Easch is loaded with bonus features. I bought mine for under $12.

I wish I could have bought some from him before he passed away. I'm a huge RDS fan. I would have loved an autograph.
