'Maximum Velocity' (a.k.a. Wanna c a refueling scene that kicks butt?)

I was watching a bad disaster movie on the Spanish-language channel UniMás called "Maximum Velocity." & its one refueling scene (just 1! Yule no y soon.) contained many features that should entertain the audience.
1. It took place in a storm, laying out basic danger. Not appropriate normally but again this movie sucks.
2. The refueling fails to complete, obviously due to the storm. Such small or medium disasters help keep the plot flowing.
3. Further disaster makes the probe ignite w/ the fuel inside, soon exploding the plane in all its CGI glory. I did read the Goofs saying in realty the fuel would automatically shut off. But this is a disaster movie, & the target audience is not a jumpsuited prisoner & two robots.
So that's how to make a refueling scene more appealing. But the fact that there was no danger or any significant conflicts in "The Starfighters" is why this film must remain in the Bottom 100. The only smidgeons of danger in this movie was one pilot's awkward refueling connection, a plane's malfunctioning landing gear, a storm we never saw, & a stranded pilot (Could we at least have seen him eject his presumably faulty jet?)
