HELP!!! Evil-looking children!

Is this the movie where one of the inmates has a frightening hallucination of two scary-looking children who are trying to kill him? I remember seeing this when I was about seven years old and it really scared me. They were trying to get him to jump out the window, or something like that. They were floating outside the window and their faces were positively hideous. If anyone knows what movie I'm talking about PLEASE post a response- this is driving me crazy!

I hope you haven't gone crazy by now, but I thought I might suggest you use imdb search engine to find the movie. I had the same problem, and found what I wanted. I would suggest putting in something like demonic children, or attempted suicide, and then select all. It will probably take a while, but you'll find it. Took me about half an hour.

It sounds like a scene from Salem's Lot, a tv movie I believe with David Soul. There is a scene where a vampire kid is scratching at the window of a friend of his, trying to get his buddy to let him in. The vampire boy is floating around outside the window looking kind of creepy.
