Similarity

Did anyone catch the similarity of the issues in the film and the situation with Obama today?

The argument made in the film was that the president was advocating a nuclear arms agreement with the Russians, which Gen Scott claimed would leave us vulnerable. The military was against it, which is what started the Gen Scott affair. Obama has just proposed a similar treaty with the Russians and both the military and the Republicans are against it. When one considers this, it is more interesting to view the first meeting Gen Scott had with the Senators, in which he outlines the flaws with the treaty and what they could cause. Fact, stranger than fiction.
