This movie is about someone killing several models due to a childhood trauma in which his own mother tells him she's a prostitute. I remember watching this film back in the 80s, but I never got to see it again... does the plot ring any bells to you? Thanks in advance!

shareOk..see, one of the murders is offscreen, but there's a sequence when all the models have a photo session near the beach, and when they leave, nobody notices the hand of a dead model sticking out of a huge rock.

No, it's not Delirium either, but thanks... the movie I'm talking about had a made-for-TV soap opera visual style. A very particular scene that shocked me for ages was during a photo session on the beach, and when the whole group left, nobody noticed a female hand protruding from a bunch of stones piled up. And the final scene with the killer revealing his identity, when he a as a nervous breakdown, confusing the female lead with his mother.
