Why did Greta pull Peggy's corpse out of her car into her house? She hadn't killed her, right? Why did she hide her in her home?

I also thought it strange that she wasn't more shocked when discovering Peggy in her car.

i guess she thought people would think she was the kller. not sure what she was up to.
