2) As a kid, I loved watching all the USAF jets scramble & flying scenes.
3) As an adult, I get kick out of the Martian's lamenting the fast pace of technology and the children sitting in front of the "idiot box" and becoming a slave to the television. As current then as it is now!!
I love this movie. It isn't great, but it is very entertaining. My whole family loves it. We watch it every year.
shareI love this movie as well. While I recognize it's no cinematic masterpiece it is still a fun, entertaining movie that is very strange and always gets me in the Christmas spirit. I watch it every December.
shareI totally agree with number three. On my annual viewing of this last week, I noticed how the kids were wasting their lives watching tv and how they've become tiny adults due to technology. On that note, the kids and Dropo(who is a kid) were watching Earth programs. If they had to resort to watching our tv, it makes me wonder what Martian programming was like.
