Mommie dearest's pool

the opulant grounds of the estate where Pajama Party was filmed was filmed was also used for Mommie Dearest.I think I drove by it once by chance when I was in L.A.I recognised it from the driveway scenes in Mommie dearest.I don"t remember where it was now though. does anybody Know it's location or history? If you compare the two films the swimming pool scenes are the most obviosly the same place,also the rose garden wher Aunt Wendy first encounters Go Go. It's often remarked that the beach movies are un realistic because nobody has a job.I find it interesting that this one is the only one that clearly portays them as Rich kids.althouh I'll admit they are silly I still find them very entertaining and this is the slickest,the way the music has such a continuity frm beginning to end.
