Makes The Clap Romantic!


Well . . .

If you HAVE to get it, I guess the most enjoyable way would be from Kim Novak. But mainly, this reminds me of the similiar rubbish that was talked about tuberculosis 100 years ago, when people (doctors inlcuded) spoke of
"tuberculor personality types". (Think of all the cinematic CLAPtrap that has been produced about Chopin & Doc Holiday.)

A wit once cracked about this film, "Nobody ever died of syphillis more
beautifully!"

More serious: it should be remembered that Laurence Harvey displayed much personal courage in his final struggle with stomach cancer.
