Final scene? **SPOILERS**

I caught this movie only once, but was very tired while watching, I may not have picked up on the final scene and what it's meant to imply. I understood everything until the very end. After Grace kills her husband, because she says Janet will get the blame, what does the final scene show? Isn't it something along the lines of Henry dead on the bed with Janet's doll next to him, and the phone off the hook? Yet, Janet never did escape...or did she?

What am I missing?
