Great underrated movie!
Just watched this on you tube, thanks to poster Christinekay, who posted that is was on you tube last year
shareI really like this movie too! It's subtle for a William Castle movie and it's not nearly as campy and tragic as some of the other horror films that were being made around that time by legendary actresses (Bette Davis, Joan Crawford being the main culprits). It's got a rather interesting premise and, I have to say, when I was watching it I was hooked in and had no idea how it was going to resolve. It may not be a classic, but it's not nearly as bad as some have said.

I saw this in the theater when I was 7, and it terrified me! Guess what? When I caught it on cable 40 years later, it STILL scared the living daylights out of me!) I actually found the VHS (new in box) on ebay about a few years back. (Since it's not on DVD, I intend to keep my VHS/DVD player.)
