This is more of a Mothra film

I feel like this is more of a sequel to Mothra than Godzilla. Of course, it's a crossover, but most of the movie deals with the Mothra egg and the fairies. Godzilla randomly shows up and destroys like three buildings, and then the rest of the movie focuses on getting mothra to destroy Godzilla.

I'd agree. My first time getting this far in the Godzilla series so I was glad I watched Mothra first, seeing as how involved she is in the plot of this Godzilla flick.

I wouldn't say Godzilla destroys a few buildings, and then the rest focuses on Mothra. A large portion focuses on showing off just how indestructible Godzilla is. The military attack Godzilla with more firepower than ever before, or for a long time after. It's rather impressive actually.

This is actually the first Mothra movie I've seen and the fourth Godzilla movie. I must say I really do enjoy Mothra though. It is a very beautiful creature (probably the prettiest movie monster I've ever seen). And of course Godzilla himself is awesome in every way so having these two great monsters in one movie can't be anything less than good.

That's why her name is listed first in the title.
