Why foreigners having no idea about cultural and folklore basis of the movie give it a bad grade? Do you think you are right?

This is truly one of the very best and most beloved fairy tales ever filmed in my country. People of every age love it very much. The movie is very wise and truly sincere, giving kids who watch it great life lessons about what is good and what is bad. The movie has a lot of heart and soul in it and it educates young generation how to grow up in better human beings.
If you think Spiderman will teach your kid how to be a better human being and give him life lessons - go for it and see what happens.

Do people outside North America always take a liking to certain American or Canadian Holiday(ish) fairy tale movies? I'm Canadian by the way.

Actually, Spiderman did give one important life lesson: with great power comes great responsibility.
I love the two movies, BTW.
