McHale's Navy movie now available on DVD from Universal.

The Blu-Ray set from Australia is region A,B,&C so it will play on American blu-ray players.
Universal has also released the first movie McHale's Navy on DVD as part of their Vault Series. It's available on Amazon.
The Australian set contains both movies.
