This will be set in a modern day, just before Mary Poppins got her powers, she goes on adventures with Bert before the winds change: this is a cast of it

Bert: Jude Law
Admiral Boom: Mel Gibson
Mr Binnacle: Nicholas Cage
Constable Jones: Gary Oldman
Mary Poppins: Anne Hathaway
Uncle Albert: Danny Devito
Walt Disney: Tom Hanks (Sitting on Bench)

( when Anne (Poppins) put up her hair and put on her hat, powers from no where appeared Julie (Poppins) and flew off with her umbrella)

( from previous movie he says "Farewell Mary Poppins" then it fades to Jude Law saying " Dont stay away too long"

The whole thing sounds like a sack of s h I t! Why is everybody obsessed with origin stories these days. They rarely ever make them satisfactory. Probably because the mystery is always better than any one persons imagination.

It wasnt me, it was the other three. Hang them!

Tom Hanks was the worst possible Disney. Nobody knows why he used that ridiculous accent. He obviously never looked at or listened to any video of Walt Disney talking. Disney filmed hundreds of introductions to his weekly television shows. But apparently Hanks didn't have time to watch any of them.

We have already seen Mary Poppins, with her powers, in 1910, with a reference to her having them even earlier. Why would her origin story, "just before [she] got her powers", "be set in a modern day"? It doesn't make any sense. Also, your casing is horrible.
