Dick Van Dyke

I know people have given him a lot of beef over his unrealistic cockney accent, but as a kid watching this film I didn't think twice about it. It's a magical fairytale so if anything, I think Van Dyke's accent adds charm to the character. Besides, I can't imagine anyone else in the role. DVD had tremendous charisma back in the day and this combined with his physical comedy blends well with Andrew's Mary. They had great chemistry together.
