Here's a funny story

I have seen this movie many times on television, and cable. In the sixties & seventies, as a teenager, it would be on tv at least once a year. I remember the local tv station played the movie during a rain delay for a Milwaukee Brewers game, from the beginning to about 5 minutes from the end, ending with the courtroom scene. Then, the baseball game came back on when the rain delay was over. The movie never finshed showing, nor did the announcers make mention of it or the ending. I found out later many viewers called the station to complain about them not letting the movie finish. This tells you something about the quality of Brewers baseball in the seventies. I never forgot this story, and remember it whenever I see it on tv again. I still get a chuckle out of it today.
