Tina's accent

I was watching HOPB and I notice Tina has an interusting accent, or perhaps dialect I should say. I cannot quite pinpoint it. I also watched her in the Night Stalker episode " Bad Medicine" and she talks exactly the same way. I wonder where she is from?

Another Tina note: I think she is the hottest girl in the movie, even if she does use some poor judgement flirting with a whole gang of bikers. If Hank just gave her some good lovin' she would not need to stoop to such things for attention.I thought Elaine was kind of plain looking and had all the character of a cardboard standee.
