I mean it was Oddjob who killed Jill Masterson. Not Goldfinger. Why didn't she just for after Oddjob? No where in the movie did it say that Oddjob was following Goldfinger's orders when he killed Jill Masterson.

Oddjob was more or less just a extremely loyal guy who did whatever Goldfinger told him to do.
Yes of course it was Goldfinger who ordered Oddjob to kill Jill. Oddjob also killed the gangster who didn't want to go along with Goldfinger's plans. Remember the ride to the airport that ended up in the junk yard with a crunched car.
