To me, the main reason that Goldfinger works is the plot is not about world domination or war. It's about cornering the gold market by destroying the largest gold supply at Ft. Knox.

World Is Not Enough is a good choice. Denise and Sophie are both super hot, and the doctor is pretty hot too.

Thunderball is full of hotties. Domino, Fiona Volpe, Paula, the nurse

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE Goldfinger, saw it first run in the theatre, but MOST of the Bond films were better “Bond girl” films.
