Wow this film do not age well

Just saw this on Amazon Prime and ignoring the story which is over the top "Bond", the chauvinistic and racist acting is very incorrect today and dare I say even in 1964. In what way is holding a woman down and force kiss her to appeal to her maternal instinct an acceptable thing? It seems like rape is ok as long as you are good and the woman fall in love with you afterward. As for the racist part, why were the Chinese dress like they are in the 19th century and running around with their head lowered?

Yep- it's still the best Bond film!

Glad it's running on Amazon now because more people need to see it!

Because she wanted it and she wanted Bond to give it to her, of course. And it saved the world. Or at least the gold market.

You do know that there's a difference between good advice in the real world (don't force yourself on women) and good advice in Bondworld (do "force" yourself on a woman who really wants some magic penis but just doesn't know it yet...so that she can turn her troupe of lesbians against her dirty bombing evil master and save fort knox in time for rewards under the parachute) right? Because, if Bond didn't do so but instead followed your advice, the bad guy would have won.

Now, this is a signature gun, and that is an optical palm reader.

American millennials have been so brainwashed that they can't even enjoy old movies anymore without getting triggered. Sad!

I agree.

Bond isn't supposed to be a nice person.

He's a cold blooded assassin and killer.

He doesn't care what happens to people he doesn't like and that he doesn't see as innocent.

They were dressed in the style that was typical of mainland China in the early 60s during the Cultural Revolution. As to them ""running around with their heads lowered" I'm not sure I remember anything like that. The big question is how did all these Red Chinese soldiers get to Kentucky? As to sexism, well yeah, I suppose the "Man Talk Butt Slap" for example was a bit much, but that was the prevailing attitude back then.
