Pretty bad.

First of all, this is not an offense to the great Mr. Bergman, but whether we like it or not, movies should be judged on their own, separate merits, instead of associating it with previous (or later) works, which ends up as a biased view.

The truth is that this is a very BAD film. For some reason I think even Bergman must think that.

It really seems as if Bergman and Nykvist just wanted to test how it was to make a film in color and Bergman just wrote the entire script in 2 hours or so. Even the short lenght seems to give support to this.

Really a film I'd recommend only for Bergman completists.

I agree.

I love Bergman, but I didn't like this one at all. The plot is ridiculous, the music is boring, the characters are uninteresting, and the main character (Cornelius) is stupid and utterly boring, I hated him. The only think I liked about this movie is the cinematography. The use of colors is great.

I give it a 5.

I can't believe Bergman directed this. It's a great thing he decides to stick with drama after this.

You didn’t describe a five; more like a 1 or 2.

"All These Women had been made solely in order to earn money for svensk filmdustri. That it became great, calculated gimmick from beginning to end is another story. In the The Magic Lantern, I wrote: "Sometimes considerably more courage is required to put on the brakes than to fire the rocket. I lacked this courage and realized, only too late, what kind of film I should have made."

6/10 on my score card, but only just. Loved the women in it though

Seems like I was of the rare bread that loved it. Not my favorite but i do prefer it over among other Cries and Whispers and Hour of the Wolf. It was simply hilarious IMO.
