Running Time

I borrowed the AMC Monsterfest Cult Classics Volume 2 from my local library and Frozen Alive was one of the films included. The running time listed on the case as well as one IMDB say 80 minutes or so. But the movie was actually only 63 minutes long. The movie didn't appear to be missing anything. Anyone know what the deal is?

I just watched the DVD from Alpha Video and it ran 74 min. So the AMC print is missing 11 minutes.

The full 81 minute version has a fair bit of padding. So I think it could easily be reduced to 63 minutes for an audience who are not bothered about the characterization.
