Question for anyone who has seen this movie

I've been trying to find an old sci-fi flick. In the movie the male lead sneeks onto one of the alien space crafts. If I'm correct the aliens or robots repeat the line, "exterminate them, exterminate them."

It's been bugging me for a while. If anyone can help I sure would appreciate it.

Could this be Dr Who and the Daleks? 1965, with Peter Cushing as the Doctor?

Hello
I saw that movie too, and ken only got it half right. The name of that movie was called 'Daleks' Invasion Earth: 2150 A.D.' Which was in fact a sequel to 'doctor who and the Daleks.'
Indeed, 'Daleks Invasion of Earth 2150' was a theatrical remake of an episode from the original TV series called "The Dalek Invasion of Earth".

both films are on DVD, and you can find them at netflix, along with other doctor who titles, though not necessarily those involving the Daleks.
Because I am a doctor who fanatic I'll give you a short history on the Daleks.
The Daleks are all that's left of a people once known as the Kaleds, who lived on a planet called skaro, along with another people called the Thals. These two people ended up fighting a 1000 year war that left their world a radioactive ruin. In the aftermath, a scientist name davros, genetically reengineered them and placed what was left inside a mechanical exoskeleton so they could survive.
In the TV series, all of this supposedly happened when humans still lived in caves. Therefore, when modern humans arrived the Daleks had long since rebuild their planet and proceeded to construct a galactic empire which evenualy leads to their Invasion of Earth.
If you want to know more about doctor who and the Daleks you can go to the BBC web site which has an extensive library on the entire TV series in detail.
I just hope someday the BBC, or anybody, makes a big budget theatrical film thats worthy of the title, Doctor Who, since the ones from the 1960's were pretty much b-movies. And it absolutely must not suck; like some recent old-TV shows-remade-as-hollywood-movies did.
