Hilarious exchange - roughly 3 seconds of film time. But it confirms everything you suspect about June's supplementing her income.

You should have added this comment to the existing thread started by the naive poster who wondered if the Glenn Ford character actually had sex with June.

I like when Harry says, "I bet I can tell you what every one of those greeting cards says just by looking at the front of it." And June replies, "Well, go ahead, if that's your idea of a big time!" LOL

I am a HUGE Glenn Ford fan; and being a hopeless romantic.... I love this movie!

That being said.....I love watching this especially when it's featured 'On Demand' so I can watch it as much as I want. When that scene comes up.....I LMHO, rewind it and play it over and over and over! So hilarious....you didn't need any dialogue after that...LOL!!
