TITLE: Dead Image, only an alternate U.K. title.

IMDB should have this movie listed under its original (and U.S.) title Dead Ringer as it is known at its original release and on every current DVD release. Dead Image should be relegated to alternate U.K. title. It seems a bit eccentric, or a bit over-anglophilic?, to have it listed as it is now. I found no reference in IMDB trivia or at Wikipedia to justify giving this one alternate title preference. I did find U.K. lobby cards for sale using the title Dead Image, the only evidence I could find of it at all. Even at U.K. Amazon this movie is only known at Dead Ringer on DVD, Blu-Ray or VHS.

It is not as if this were a British movie in the first place and so listed in the same manner as many movies are listed appropriately by the original title in the original language.

(The attempt to correct this via the edit feature was unsuccessful by the fact the title does currently exist on the listing. I may try again later. )

I thought it was called Dead Pigeon, like the book, in UK.

Did not find that one in my search. U.K. title seems to be Dead Image and there are poster cards on sale on E-Bay to prove it.
