Re-Release in Britain??

Annoyingly, if you're looking for "Culloden" in Britain now, you have to buy it second-hand at an exhorbitant price. Does anyone know why on earth they deleted it and whether they are planning a re-release?

I remember watching this wonderful film when I was a child.
