Fascist regime?

Argentine did not have a fascist regime. In any event the neglect of children has nothing to do with fascism. The worst orphanages in the world were in Communist regimes. Who can forget the expose of the Bulgarian orphanages.

Ironically Communism emphasises the state - at the expense of the individual. Whilst fascism actually emphasised family values - and the state.

There is a political element to this film, of course, but associating neglect of children with fascism is simply false.
