Will I ever get to see this film?

A brief clip on youtube is the nearest I've come to seeing this film, will it ever be made available on dvd to UK audiences? Will some arts cinema centre with a little imagination ever get hold of a print? From what I've read this film has a special relevance today, and goes some way to help gain an understanding as to how the recently reported horrors of military detention camps come to be. I've also read that there are comparisons between "The Brig" and Sidney Lumet's "The Hill", is that far off the mark? Am I a one man campaign crying out for greater accessibility for this intriguing sounding film?
