97 vs. 95?

According to this site, the U.S. version of this film is 2 minutes shorter. Since this is the only version I've seen, could someone tell me what the extra 2 minutes of footage consists of? I'm just curious - thanks.

Different frame rate? I seem to remember it's 25/sec or 24/second depending on broadcast system.
