Barbara Eden all hot and sweaty

Wow.

I used to so not like her because I hated 'I Dream of Jeanie'.

Then I saw this movie and the scenes, most of all with Pan, where she's all dishevelled and hot and sweaty and suspiciously WAY too happy (you know what I'm talking about ladies). lol

Um has she ever commented on this movie? Is she still around?

Yes, an incredibly sexy Barbara Eden scene and the "cyrano" factor made it even sexier for some reason, in that he has this overpowering seductiveness over women and yet, because of his physical characteristics, he can never have a woman.

I like waking up in the morning not knowing who I'll meet or where I'll end up: The Titanic

I'm surprised PAL had such a scene, hey the guy was so "family only films"

I think George Pal got away with it, because he used a mythical figure like the god Pan. Great scene, btw, especially my girlfriend loved it.

Why would you think that PAN could not "have" a woman. Among many other things, he is the god of male fertility.

Check my post on the recent even in SF with Barbara Eden...

Did I not love him, Cooch? MY OWN FLESH I DIDN'T LOVE BETTER!!! But he had to say 'Nooooooooo'

She also appeared last Thursday in Los Angeles at a screening at the American Cinematheque on Hollywood Blvd. She signed books beforehand, and was interviewed afterward. Nothing earth-shattering... she said Tony Randall was a great guy, as were Paul Newman and Peter Lorre.

She was so pretty in the library scene, you had to know she had all that pent up energy.
After her experience in the tent with Pa , she even had a couple of those little after-shocks.
And the scene at the windows much later that night, I am sure reminded the older woman (Mother in law?) of earlier days. She looked like she "understood".
Very well done.

It was always part of the tale of the god Pan, that he and his fellow fauns (half man, half goat) could and did have sex with human females, capturing them from villages, luring them into the forest with seductive music from the Pan-pipe. I loved how John Ericson's "Pan" danced wildly around her and she loved it---until they are interrupted by the crowd coming, at which time the real Pan regains his original visage, which makes her skin crawl (not crave, the way she was when it looked like Ed with horns!). I think the special effects dept. could have done better with the legs, but it was the mid-60s. And Tony (and John) were awesome! Babs was pretty good, herself! Almost did a "Meg Ryan", if you know what I mean.

Unlike the OP to this discussion (presumably a woman), I (like most other teenage males at the time) LOVED "I Dream of Jeannie". And in reply to dwacon-2, I agree. In fact, hommmmmina, hommmmmina, hommmmmina.
