Inception fans


So, give your opinion.

Here is a synopsis of 491:
The story is about a group of youth criminals who are chosen to participate
in a social experiment, where they are assigned to live together in an
apartment while being supervised by two forgiving social workers. The tagline
is: It is written that 490 times you can sin and be forgiven. This motion
picture is about the 491st.


Did Nolan reference this idea that one can be forgiven up to seven times seventy (490)?

Does 491 refer to the movie itself? That there are six people living together in the 'shop'? working on the catharsis of Dom, his unforgiveable sin? He can't forgive himself because his guidance led Mal to commit suicide?

i haven't seen "inception," but it might be a possability that nolan is referencing the same misinterpretation of the bible that this film references.
