Uh air tanks guys?

I've seen dozens of episodes, where they often get stuck in the bottom with no power and running out of air.

Is there ever an episode where one of the genius crew members goes "hey guys, how about we open up or share one of these hundreds of tanks of DIVING AIR we have on board? Lol.

I know they have some exotic mixes you can't just use for normal breathing, but they must have had some pure oxygen tanks for mixing! Yet I've yet to see them crack one open when they're all laying on the deck gasping for air!
Biggest logic hole in the show?

And yeah, they also might fill on demand from a compressor from sub air , but they still seemed to have a lot of prefilled tanks in cabinets!

Oh, I don't know!

The crew gets into a fight with an indestructible creature, empty their guns into it, and instead of reasoning that they can't defeat the things with guns and run for help and a more powerful weapon, what do they do? Hand to hand combat! Bwahahaha.

Another one is a villain smashes the radio transmitter and the ship goes out of control. No matter what gets smashed, no matter how far disconnected it is from the navigation and propulsion of the ship, it goes out of control.

I get more of a kick out this show the more I watch it again!

And you'd think at some point Kowalski would get sick of "checking the outer hull" or whatever it is he does in any given episode that put in a position where he'd be attacked. You'd think at some point, he'd say, "Look, Captain, I don't care if you put me in the brig, but if you want the outer hull checked, do it yourself!".

There are plenty of other huge logic holes in this Irwin Allen science farce! Like there is hardly an episode that doesn't have a fire on board spewing what in real life is deadly poison gasses in a submarine. Another that comes to mind right away is they dive in regular scuba gear in water that's much too deep for human survival. If I thought about it much I'm sure I'd think of more.
