Harold death speech?

I remember an episode of Steptoe & Son where Harold gives a lengthy, moving and darkly funny speech about death whilst holding a skull.. I really would like to watch this again but cannot find the episode. If anyone has any idea which episode it is, it would be greatly appreciated if they could post it here. I think it was an earlier episode, black and white.
