Who was the actor who played him? Drawing a blank.

Vito Scotti. He came to my high school in the late 70s to do his stand up routine.

Thanks. I didn’t realize that was him. I knew he played Mad Scientist on another episode

And I wish the networks would take that episode off the air. The scenes with him are so racist and offensive towards Asian people. Its very disturbing
