Good news! DVD version available

Fans of The Forest Rangers will be overjoyed to learn that the 1st season of the show has been released by a Quebec-based firm, Imavision. Just go to www.amazon.ca and make a DVD search for Cadets de la Foret and you'll get 2 hits: for parts 1 (episodes 1-20) and 2 (episodes 21-40) of season 1.

The quality's pretty decent to my eyes. No extras, although it contains both the English and French-dubbed versions. In fact the packaging may be in French only (mine is) due its Quebec-based release.

A search for Forest Rangers on amazon.ca will bring up a reference to the upcoming release of the English-language version only (I think), due in Jan. 2007. It will be interesting to see if this will contain any extra features.

i just bought it at best buy in kitchener, ontario. Was surprised cause i thought it wasn't out yet. Well done boxset.
