Just as, if not more prejudiced as mortals, all but Uncle Arthur and maybe Serena seemed to dislike mortals on sight, not just Darren, as the dislike towards him probably mainly came from him not wanting Samantha to use her witchcraft.

I think they just disliked ignorance and they knew most mortals were ignorant of them and that most mortals thought they were evil and ugly. Sadly most mortals on the show proved to be that way.
