Does anyone know where I could find that episode? I did not get to watch it when it aired and it has been bothering me for many years because one day I watch, there's Frankie. Then next time I watch, people are mourning her. Thanks.
shareIt will probably bother you more when you see it. I remember vividly how violent it was (at least by daytime standards). Even today when I watch the reruns on 'Soapnet', and I see Frankie, I remember how graphic her demise was. :(
shareIs this the episode where they were shooting the Lady Killer video? I remember Frankie getting really hurt and everyone so upset. I do have that episode on tape actually. But I can't remember if that is the episode where Frankie actually died or if she bounced back after that one and died later on.

howleyfeeney - I soooooo want that tape, email me!! I have a few another world on dvd, we could trade. But I think the previous person was looking for her actual death by a Stalker.. I think it happened much later after the bomb that you're refering too. I assume it was in 1996 or 1997.

Frankie's death just about killed me. I was so livid that her character would be written off in such a horrific manner. It was something the show never recovered from. Set off some very terrible karma. I stopped watching the show that I had been obsessed with for over twenty years when Frankie was killed. I remember the flack from the press and the fans. The producer blamed the writer. The writer blamed the producer. The back stage happenings were worse than what had transpired onscreen. I think the head writer was Margaret DePriest and the EP was Jill Farren Phelps. I will never forgive Phelps for this and will never watch anything she hacks together. Oops 13 years later and I'm still mad about it....

I loved Another World. It got axed here (Australia) after about 20 years for yet another of those dumb talk shows.
I only found out about Frankie's murder when the English Folk-Rock band, Plainsong, recorded a tribute - The Ballad Of Frankie Frame - on their CD, Pangolins.
Wish Ch10 would bring the show back.
