Considering Idris Elba, Will Smith or Bradley Cooper as Race Bannon.

Bannon should be played by Mike Pence. Lol

i think Dr Quest should be a woman, and "Haji" a young girl, otherwise it's too much of a sausage fest

Josh Brolin would be cool as Bannon with Ewan McGregor as Dr. Quest. Just cast an unknown actor as Johnny and Hadji.
